A typical Mediterranean vegetation, preserved natural beauty, shallow and warm waters is a true tourist paradise for a relaxing holiday for families with children. Zukve has a sandy beach, from which the apartments are 100 m, at whose entrance stands an old Croatian church of Sv. James the 11th century, while on the beach there is a wooden replica of the famous ship Santa Maria, which was converted into a catering business.

The sea is clean and quiet because of the shallow channel, which surrounds Vrsi, almost no maritime traffic. Because more land is tucked up about 2-3 degrees warmer than the open sea. Apartment house has three apartments avaliable:

1. Apartment A1 (2+1) is a cozy one bedroom apartment with extra bed. Turned from the road and offers peace and privacy, while large terrace offers dovolljno space to enjoy.
2. Apartment A2 (2+2) a practical, two-room apartment, suitable for four people, who seek only peace, quiet, sun, sea and relaxation.
3. Apartment A3 (4+2) is a two bedroom apartment with two extra beds suitable for 6 people. Area of 100 m2 guarantees comfort and spaciousness. The apartment is located on the top floor, and as such it offers peace, tranquility and isolation.
